1. Who is responsible for your data?

Depending on how you use HiLink, we may process:
- Account information, such as your name, email address, password hash, account role, language and plan.
- Profile and content information, such as public page names, biographies, links, images, videos, audio, templates, domains and other content you choose to publish.
- Billing information, such as billing identity, company details, VAT information, invoices, subscription status, payment references and transaction metadata. Full card details are handled by the configured payment provider rather than stored by HiLink.
- Usage and technical information, such as IP-derived security data, browser and device information, session data, timestamps, referring pages, page views, link clicks and diagnostic logs.
- Communications, including support requests, contact-form messages and other correspondence with us.
- Integration data when you connect a third-party service such as Spotify, limited to the permissions you authorize.
3. Public profile analytics
When someone visits a public HiLink profile, we may process page views, clicks, referrer information, browser or device information and privacy-preserving visitor identifiers so the profile owner can understand performance, prevent abuse and improve their page.
Profile owners may also configure third-party analytics or advertising tools. Where they do, the profile owner is responsible for using those tools lawfully and for providing any notices or consent mechanisms required by applicable law.

We use personal data to provide and secure accounts, publish requested content, operate subscriptions and invoices, deliver support, maintain platform integrity, prevent fraud and abuse, measure service performance, improve features, comply with legal obligations and communicate important service information.
