These Terms of Service explain the agreement between you and HiLink when you access or use HiLink. Please read them carefully before creating an account or using paid features.
1. Welcome to HiLink
HiLink is a link-in-bio and digital profile platform that lets individuals, creators and businesses publish pages, links, media, integrations and related content. These Terms apply to the HiLink website, member workspace, public profiles, subscriptions and related services we make available.
By creating an account, purchasing a plan or continuing to use HiLink, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them. If you use HiLink for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly at info@m4events.nl if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may not sell, transfer or share access to an account in a way that circumvents plan limits, security controls or another person’s rights.
3. Your pages, links and content
You retain ownership of content you create or upload to HiLink. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical delivery and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content, links, media, offers and claims are lawful and that you have the necessary rights and permissions to publish them. Public profile content can be viewed and shared by other people.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use HiLink to break the law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, impersonate another person or brand, distribute malware, facilitate fraud, evade security controls, interfere with the service, scrape the platform in an abusive manner, or publish content that exposes others to unlawful harm.
We may remove or restrict content, links or accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, HiLink or the integrity of the service.
5. Third-party services and links
HiLink can connect to or link to third-party services such as payment providers, social networks, music platforms, analytics tools and external websites. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. HiLink is not responsible for the availability, content or independent actions of third-party services.
6. Plans, trials and paid subscriptions
HiLink may offer free and paid plans. Features, limits, billing intervals and prices are shown before purchase. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period unless you cancel before the next renewal date or applicable law requires a different process.
Taxes may be added where required. Payment processing is handled by the payment provider shown at checkout. You authorize the applicable provider to charge the payment method associated with your subscription for recurring fees and applicable taxes.
7. Cancellations, plan changes and refunds
You can manage or cancel an eligible subscription from your account or by contacting us. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, cancellation stops future renewals and paid access normally continues until the end of the current paid period. Mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction are not limited by these Terms.

8. Intellectual property
HiLink, its software, interface, trademarks, logos, templates and platform materials are owned by or licensed to HiLink and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the HiLink platform to you.
9. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep HiLink reliable and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for technical, security, legal or commercial reasons. Where a material change significantly affects a paid service, we will use reasonable efforts to provide appropriate notice.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using HiLink at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where you materially breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay amounts due, abuse the platform, or where suspension is otherwise reasonably necessary to protect the service or others.
Where appropriate, we will provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue. Some records may be retained after account closure where required for legal, security, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes.
11. Disclaimers
HiLink is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for deciding whether the platform and any linked third-party services are suitable for your needs. Nothing in these Terms excludes guarantees or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HiLink is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data or losses caused by third-party services. Any mandatory liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.
13. Your responsibility for claims
You are responsible for claims, losses or costs arising from unlawful content you publish, your infringement of third-party rights, or your material breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes that cannot be resolved informally.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the platform, law or our business practices change. The current version and effective date are published on this page. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will use reasonable efforts to notify affected users.
